Location: Walsall and Staffordshire
Home based role with travel

At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Business Administration and Customer Service Tutor/Assessor to join their expanding team.
This is a full time permanent position where you will support and assess learners working towards Business Administration and Customer Services qualifications at Levels 2 and 3. You will play an important role in guiding learners through their qualification journey while supporting achievement, progress, and quality standards.
What you will be doing:
• Managing and supporting a caseload of learners
• Assessing learners working towards Business Administration and Customer Services qualifications at Levels 2 and 3
• Supporting apprentices to achieve within their expected completion times
• Monitoring learner progress and providing regular feedback and guidance
• Updating electronic learner records following each visit and review
• Conducting online review and update meetings with learners and employers
• Delivering training sessions within the centre and in the workplace
• Maintaining accurate documentation in line with quality and compliance standards
What we are looking for:
• Ability to motivate and support learners throughout their qualification journey
• Good IT skills and confidence using electronic systems
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Assessor qualification desirable, although training and qualification support can be provided
Desirable:
• Experience assessing apprenticeship qualifications
• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and funding requirements
• Experience working within education, training, or vocational learning environments
Salary and benefits:
• Salary to £30,000 per annum
• Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5pm and Friday 8.45am to 4pm
• 45 mins lunch break each day
• Mileage allowance for all business miles
• 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
• Additional Birthday leave after 1 year service
• Additional annual leave accrued yearly up to 30 days
• Pension scheme
• Mobile phone and laptop provided
• Friendly and supportive working environment
