Role: Service Delivery Operative
Location: Heywood (OL10 2SX)
Contract Type: Full-Time, FTC 5 months
Hours: 37.5 - Nights - Sunday - Thursday 9.30pm - 6am
Salary: £24,862 plus shift allowance

Restore Information Management is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Service Delivery Operative to join our team managing confidential records. This role involves preparing, checking and scanning documents accurately, alongside data entry and safe handling of materials. You’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards of quality, security and service delivery within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Retrieve, prepare, and store customer records accurately
Use scanning and stock management systems
Handle archive boxes and materials using safe working practices and equipment provided
Maintain confidentiality and data security standards
Support operational targets and service delivery
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors

Candidates should be able to:

Able to securely handle materials and data in line with safety and confidentiality standards, ensuring no breaches or violations.
Support other Operation departments by completing data entry, scanning, storing and indexing tasks accurately.
Have basic computer and communication skills to follow instructions, read labels and safety information, and to complete data entry tasks.
Carry out the core duties of the role safely and effectively, with reasonable adjustments where required
Manage workload and complete tasks within agreed timescales

Desirable Criteria
The following experience would be beneficial but is not essential:
Experience in data management, warehousing, logistics, or a similar operational environment
Experience using scanning equipment or stock control systems
Knowledge of secure document handling procedures
Manual handling or health and safety training
