Multi Skilled Operator

BRAND NEW- MULTI SKILLED ROLE!**Our client, Manufacturers of fire rated and security, insulated phenolic foam structural panels, and security and fire rated doors are recruiting for a multi skilled operative to join there Redditch team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established company with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and employee development. This position will lead to a permanent contract within the company, after a successful trial period.

Duties Include:

Highly experienced bench joiner and machinist with a strong background in modular manufacturing and factory-based assembly.
Operating and setting a wide range of woodworking and engineering machinery, working accurately from drawings to tight tolerances.
Reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in both workshop and on-site environments, seeking a long-term role in modular construction and assembly.Weekly shift pattern and Pay Rate:

08.00am -16.30pm
Monday to Friday
Competitive starting pay of £14.50 per hour leading to £15.00 when completed 13 weeks.
