Logistics Coordinator

Location: OX10
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: 7:00am – 3:30pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

We're recruiting for a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing business in OX10. Working within a small team, you'll be responsible for ensuring goods are received, stored, issued and dispatched accurately to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect and book in deliveries.

Report shortages or damaged goods.

Store and move stock accurately.

Issue and kit materials for production.

Carry out stock checks and cycle counts.

Support despatch activities and loading/unloading of vehicles.

Operate a forklift where required.

Maintain accurate stock records and follow FIFO procedures.

Work safely and comply with all Health & Safety policies.

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse, logistics, stock control or despatch experience, ideally within manufacturing.

Good IT and communication skills.

Organised, proactive and able to work as part of a team.

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.

Desirable: SAP experience and an FLT licence (training can be provided for the right candidate).
