Due to continued growth, we are recruiting multiple Level 3 Qualified Childcare Practitioners to join our warm, friendly, and hardworking team at several nurseries across Plymouth and Surrounding. The Role
You will help provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can develop, learn, and flourish.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
* Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of all children
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Observe, assess, and record children's development
* Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) - essential
* Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
* A caring, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and best practice
