Site Agent/Project Manager – Public Realm – Glasgow
We’re recruiting for a Site Agent to support a well‑regarded civil engineering contractor on a high‑quality public‑realm and paving project in the West of Scotland. This is a genuinely enjoyable role with a steady pace, a supportive team, and long-term workload expected to run beyond September.
What you’ll be doing
Managing paving and roadworks across a well-structured, organised site
Client engagement — around 50/50 split between site and office
Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day delivery
Maintaining quality, safety and programme on a low‑stress, well-run job
Ideal Candidate
Strong public‑realm or civils experience
Highly personable and able to build trust quickly
Confident managing teams, resources, and client expectations
Strong organisational and communication skills
Able to step into an ongoing project and keep momentum
Hours
08:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday
