Prospero Teaching is working with a secondary school in NW4 that is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026. We are looking for an individual with experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Contract Details
Location: NW4
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (ASD)
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm (may vary depending on the school's needs)
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
Schedule: Full-time

Experience, Training and Qualifications Required
Previous experience supporting children or young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Experience working within a school or educational setting
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents
Patient, empathetic and committed to supporting individual learning needs
Reliable, punctual and committed

To Be Eligible for This Role Through Prospero Teaching, You Must:
Have the Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
Provide two professional child-related references covering the last two years
