HVAC Recruitment is working with a major UK home services and energy business to recruit a Gas Technical Service & Repair Advisor.

This role is perfect for an experienced:

* Domestic Gas Engineer

* Boiler Engineer

* Service Engineer

* Breakdown Engineer

* Heating Engineer

who wants to move into a more stable office-based environment whilst remaining heavily involved in technical fault-finding and diagnostics.

The Role

You will act as the technical support function for a large nationwide engineering team, assisting with:

* Boiler diagnostics

* Fault-finding support

* Technical escalations

* Customer technical enquiries

* Repair auditing

* Parts identification

* Compliance reviews

* Operational support

Essential Requirements

* ACS Qualified

* Minimum 5 years domestic gas service and repair experience

* Strong diagnostic skills

* Multi-manufacturer boiler knowledge

* Good communication skills

* IT literate
