They are on the lookout for a proactive and talented Architectural Technologist to join their Glasgow studio.

Manage and deliver on a range of projects from inception through to completion
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Undertake site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other members of a multidisciplinary teamSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Degree within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit is essential
Experience managing projects independently from inception through to completion
Job running experience
Excellent technical detailing skills
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
