Location: Billericay and surrounding areas, including some work in London
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000+ per year (depending on experience)

Job Overview

We are currently looking for experienced Commercial Electricians to join our growing team based in Billericay. Work is mainly across Essex and surrounding areas, with occasional projects in London.

Projects include schools, community centres, and other commercial properties carrying out a variety of electrical works.

Duties Include

* Commercial rewires

* EICRs

* PAT testing

* Fault finding and remedial works

* General commercial electrical maintenance and installations

* Completing work in line with current regulations and health & safety standards

Requirements

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

* Previous commercial electrical experience

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Package

* £45,000 – £55,000 salary depending on experience and qualifications

* Overtime available

* Travel time over 1 hour paid as overtime

* Permanent, long-term work

* Varied commercial projects
