Vehicle Sales Manager
Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car and van dealership in Bristol, is seeking a highly experienced Car/Van Sales Manager due to an internal promotion.
This role presents an ideal opportunity for a driven sales professional to lead a dynamic team and contribute to a growing, multi-brand business focusing on electric vehicle development.
Benefits of a Vehicle Sales Manager:
* Starting basic salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, dependant on experience
* Uncapped, realistic on-target earnings exceeding £72,000 annually

* Stable five-day, 45-hour working week with alternating Saturdays and a day off in the week when working a Saturday
* Business hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday; 8:30am to 5:00pm Saturday
Duties of a Vehicle Sales Manager:
* Lead, coach, and support a team of car and van sales staff to meet or exceed performance targets
* Promote exceptional customer satisfaction by ensuring best practices and valuing customer feedback
* Develop and execute engaging sales campaigns and events to generate business
* Monitor market trends and customer needs to formulate targeted sales strategies
* Collaborate with departments to maintain accurate customer data records
* Act as a role model by exemplifying the dealership’s values and standards
* Drive a customer-centric sales environment that enhances brand reputation
Requirements of a Vehicle Sales Manager:
* Proven track record as a Sales Manager within a medium-to-large franchise-approved car dealership
* Experience in either car or commercial vehicle sales is acceptable
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills
* Full UK driving licence with minimal points
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving excellent results
