Responsibilities
* Install and commission gate automation, barrier, and turnstile systems.
* Carry out planned maintenance and servicing of access control equipment.
* Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently.
* Provide professional and responsive customer support on-site.
* Complete service reports and installation documentation accurately.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Profile
* Proven experience with gate automation, barriers, access control systems, or similar electro-mechanical equipment.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
