Position: Powered Access Supervisor / Foreman
Shift: Monday – Friday – Days
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Vehicle
Location: Bristol

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Supervisor / Foreman to join a well-established machinery and equipment hire business based in the Bristol area.

This is a hands-on role suited to somebody from a plant, access, lifting or specialist equipment background who is looking to take the next step into a leadership position while remaining technically involved day-to-day.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting workshop operations, overseeing engineers, maintaining equipment standards and ensuring machinery is prepared and ready for customer use.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising workshop engineers and supporting daily operations
Ensuring equipment servicing, inspections and repairs are completed efficiently
Assisting with diagnostics across hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems
Supporting breakdown coordination and workload planning
Managing workshop paperwork, parts and job allocation
Maintaining high standards of health & safety within the depotRequirements:

Previous experience within plant, access, tool hire or related industries
Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical, hydraulic or electrical systems
Experience leading or mentoring engineers advantageous
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification desirable
Full UK Driving LicenceWhat’s on Offer:
