Job Outline:
My client, who is a leading manufacturer of specialist electronic equipment, now seeks an experienced Quality Manager to join their growing team based in Nottinghamshire.
As the Quality Manager, you will be the gatekeeper of product excellence for my clients manufacturing floor. You will oversee, optimise, and enforce quality control processes for all manufacturing.

You will also partner with the wider Engineering team to transition products smoothly from prototype to production and ensure full compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and electronic-specific standards (e.g., IPC standards for solder joint acceptability).
Qualifications:
It is expected that you will have a minimum bachelor’s degree in an engineering subject, along with at least 2 years of hands-on quality engineering experience within an electronics manufacturing environment (consumer electronics, medical devices, automotive electronics, or aerospace).
Desirable skills include Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification, Lean Practitioner certification, and experience handling regulatory compliance audits (such as CE or ISO 9001).
Additional information:
