We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Post-14 EHC Coordinator to join a SEND & Inclusion Service in the South East England on a locum basis.

Location: South East England (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Rate: £340 umbrella a day
Contract: Initial 3 months (with potential extension)
Hours: Full time
Closing Date: 15/06/2026

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee EHCP processes, including maintenance, reviews, and amendments
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines
Collaborate with families, education, health, and care professionals
Provide clear guidance and act as a key contact for families
Support service improvements through accurate tracking and reportingEssential Requirements:

Post-14 experience
Proven EHCP management experience
Previous Local Authority experienceThis is a hybrid role with a mandatory 3-day office presence across local hubs.
