Title: Shotblaster - Paint Technician
Location: Rugeley
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Shift: Days

A great opportunity to join a well established fabrication business within the finishing department. This role involves preparing metal components for painting, carrying out shotblasting, applying paint finishes, and ensuring all products meet requirements.
Shotblaster - Paint Technician Responsibilities:
• Operate shotblasting equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare metal components and fabricated assemblies for painting
• Monitor drying and curing processes and carry out touch-up work where required
• Conduct visual inspections
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning
Shotblaster - Paint Technician Experience:
• Previous experience in shotblasting, industrial painting, powder coating, or surface preparation
• Fabrication environment experience advantageous
• Knowledge of paint application equipment and finishing processes preferred
• Forklift licence beneficial but not essential
