Are you passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team an Ealing Primary School from September 2026.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils within the classroom to access learning and make progress.
Work with small intervention groups to develop literacy, numeracy and confidence.
Provide 1:1 support for lower-attaining pupils and those requiring additional guidance.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Help pupils develop independence, resilience and a love of learning.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with primary-aged children (school-based experience is desirable).
Is confident supporting learning both in class and through small-group interventions.
Is comfortable working 1:1 with lower-ability pupils.
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Is patient, proactive and enthusiastic about helping children succeed.
Can work effectively as part of a team.
What We Offer
Competitive weekly pay of £515–£550 per week.
Full-time position starting in September 2026.
