About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Welfare Operative to join our team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining welfare facilities to a high standard, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and maintaining welfare units, offices, kitchens, and toilets.
Restocking consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies.
Ensuring welfare areas are clean, hygienic, and presentable at all times.
Carrying out basic health and safety checks.
Reporting maintenance issues and hazards.
Following company health and safety procedures.
Supporting site teams with general welfare-related duties.

Requirements

Previous cleaning, facilities, or welfare experience preferred.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
CSCS card required
Knowledge of health and safety practices is an advantage
