Simply Education are currently recruiting fully qualified primary teachers for a range of part-time opportunities across Northamptonshire.
We work closely with a variety of primary schools in the local area who are looking for reliable, adaptable teachers to support on a part-time basis. Whether you are looking to reduce your hours, return to teaching, or gain experience in different school settings, we can offer flexible work to suit your availability.
This role will involve teaching across the primary age range, delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, and supporting pupils' academic and personal development. You may also work with pupils with additional needs within mainstream classrooms, so a nurturing and inclusive approach is important.
You will need to be able to quickly familiarise yourself with lesson plans and class materials, manage classroom behaviour, and foster a positive learning environment. Strong organisation skills, resourcefulness, and excellent classroom management are essential for this varied role.
Supply teaching provides the opportunity to develop experience across age groups and subjects while enjoying flexibility.
We are keen to hear from teachers who:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching within primary education (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
Are confident in managing a classroom and delivering engaging lessons
Are adaptable, reliable, and passionate about supporting children's learning
ECTs / NQTs and experienced teachers are all encouraged to apply
An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one, is required.
What Simply Education offers:
Competitive daily rates, flexible part-time work to fit around your schedule, a dedicated consultant to support you, and access to CPD opportunities to support your ongoing development
