The Role

* Meeting and greeting customers offering excellent customer service

* Performing pre-screening eye health checks

* Ensuring a smooth and friendly handover to the optometrist

* Dispensing glasses

* Frame repairs and adjustments.

* Lens changes

* Administration duties

* Offering bespoke services
