Press Brake Setter/Operator
We are recruiting for an experienced Press Brake Setter/Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment on a permanent day shift.
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
Overtime: Available during the week and weekends
Duties
*
Set and operate press brake machinery, including Amada and Bystronic machines.
*
Read and work from engineering drawings and specifications.
*
Select and fit appropriate tooling.
*
Produce components to required tolerances and quality standards.
*
Carry out quality inspections using measuring equipment.
*
Maintain a safe and organised work area.
Requirements
*
Previous experience setting and operating press brakes.
*
Experience with Amada and/or Bystronic machines preferred.
*
Ability to read engineering drawings.
*
Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication.
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
*
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
