We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing and well-established organisation based in West Malling. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and relationship-building skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Offering hybrid working, you'll typically spend 2-3 days per week in the office and the remainder working from home.
The Role
Providing outstanding customer support via phone and email.
Managing customer enquiries from initial request through to completion.
Preparing quotations and helping customers identify suitable solutions.
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Monitoring progress and ensuring service levels are consistently achieved.About You
Previous experience in a customer service, account management or sales support role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities.
A proactive and positive approach to customer relationships.What's on Offer
