Warehouse Supervisor

MET are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor based in Willenhall for a long term Client!

Requirements:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Supervise and lead a team, providing guidance and training
Collaborate with other departments, addressing any issues or delays
Working with the operations team streamlining processes to enhance productivity
Proactively keep updates about Best practices, advancements, and improvements
Good communication to line manager, as well and employees you oversee
Monitor absence and holidays
Liaise with HR
Senior experience advantageous
Shifts:

1pm to 10pm
Monday to Friday
Pay:

£29,389.99 per annual / £14.59 per hour
