Our clients experienced property management department are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and well organised individual to join their team.
The role involves dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors and members of the team.
Good communication skills, both verbal & written are essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent experience in liaising between both landlord & tenants dealing with queries, arranging repairs, carrying out regular inspections and check out / deposit returns.
Having been established as an Independent Estate Agents for over 20 years, many of their staff have been with the company for over 10 years. Their focus is very much on customer service. offering a friendly and supportive environment to work in.
Your Day-to-Day
* Serve as the primary point of contact for a specified property portfolio.
* Adopt the Dwelly CRM as the primary platform of facilitating portfolio management.
* Consistently maintain a high level of service
* management (maintenance, compliance, move-outs, inspections).
* Negotiate with Landlord and Tenant with regards to deposit deductions and referring to TDS, when necessary.
* Resolve landlord, tenant, contractor issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensure your portfolio is compliant to UK safety legislation and housing standards.
* Any other duties within your capabilities as requested by Management.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* 3-5+ years UK Property Management experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong UK lettings regulations knowledge
* Comfortable with technology adoption
* Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change
* Highly resilient
Would be a plus:
* Tech-enabled environment experience
* Experience with multiple CRM
