We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Technical Specialist based in Bedfordshire for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.

Summary of the Parts Technical Specialist role

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Location: Bedfordshire
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities of the Parts Technical Specialist

Identify and source spare parts for a wide range
First point of contact for parts telephone and email customer enquiries
Interpreting technical drawings
Preparing and issuing parts quotations
Liasing with suppliers
Maintaining accurate records
Provide technical guidance to customers
Assist with maintaining the web shop
Requirements for a successful Parts Technical Specialist

Previous experience in a customer-facing parts, technical sales or technical support role
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read technical drawings
Excellent communication skills
Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
