In Abingdon, our clients are now seeking level 2 or above nursery practitioners to join their growing nursery. Full time is based on 40 hrs a week working 5 days, there is opportunities for working 3 or 4 days. Salary is c£28k depending on qualification and working hours. Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role
* Level 2 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
* Experience in a nursery or early years setting
* Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
* Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
