We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Paraplanner to join a successful and forward-thinking financial planning team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys technical analysis, creating high-quality client solutions, and working closely with Financial Advisers to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing detailed suitability reports and financial planning recommendations
* Conducting research and analysis across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
* Supporting Financial Advisers with client reviews and advice preparation
* Analysing client information and preparing cashflow and financial planning documents
* Liaising with providers and third parties to obtain relevant information
* Ensuring all advice documentation meets compliance and regulatory standards
* Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
* Supporting the smooth progression of client cases from initial advice through to completion
* Keeping up to date with industry changes, regulations, and financial products
* Building strong working relationships with advisers and internal teams
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Previous experience within a Paraplanner role or similar financial planning support position
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent qualification required
* Strong technical knowledge across investments, pensions, protection, and retirement planning
* Excellent report writing and analytical skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
* Professional communication skills with a client-focused approach
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and financial planning software
* Proactive, positive, and committed approach to personal development
