Job Title Administrator – Offshore Energy Project

Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to join a major renewable energy project based at the Port of Tyne. This role is ideal for someone highly organised with strong attention to detail who enjoys supporting marine and offshore operations. If you’re skilled in Microsoft Office and SAP, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a pioneering clean energy development.

Salary: £25.00 per hour
Location and Working Pattern: Port of Tyne office-based, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm).

Responsibilities
Maintain vessel manifests and track personnel to ensure all required training and certifications are current
Control and organise documentation accurately and efficiently
Manage and update spreadsheets with key operational information
Support multiple departments during vessel arrivals and departures to offshore locations
Assist with general administrative tasks as requiredMust‑have Requirements
Strong administrative skills with proven experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working knowledge of SAP
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearlyNice‑to‑have Skills
Previous experience within the offshore or renewable energy industry
