Salary: £14.25 - £16.00 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming private day nursery in Stockport, seeking to appoint a Nursery Practitioner. The nursery provides a warm and engaging environment for children aged 0-5 years, encouraging exploration, creativity and development through a child-centred approach, supported by a dedicated and friendly team.
The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Practitioner on a full-time, long-term basis with a flexible start date. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children across the nursery, helping to deliver high-quality early years experiences, promoting learning through play and ensuring children feel safe, supported and valued throughout their day.
The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification desirable but not essential
• Previous nursery experience is essential
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Experience supporting children aged 0-5 years
• A positive and proactive approach to childcare
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
