Welder/Fabricator – Droitwich
Pay: £16.50 – £17.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday
(Rare occasional Saturdays may be required)
A well-established automotive manufacturing company in Droitwich is currently recruiting for an experienced Steel Fabricator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work with a stable business offering long-term work, overtime opportunities.
Duties Include:
* Fabricating steel components from technical drawings
* Cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts
* Using fabrication tools and machinery safely
* Welding and finishing work where required
* Carrying out quality checks on completed work
* Supporting production targets and maintaining workshop standards
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous steel fabrication experience required
* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and hardworking attitude
* Automotive or manufacturing experience beneficial
