__ Salary: £41,000 - £45,000 (OTE £48,000 - £50,000)
__ Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 17:30 + overtime paid at 1.5x

The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing business in Bugbrooke. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced production environment, where you will play a key role in ensuring machinery performance, minimising downtime, and supporting ongoing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose faults and carry out electrical & mechanical repairs on production equipment
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety procedures
• Work closely with the Engineering Manager and wider team to maintain smooth plant operations

About You
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance engineering role (manufacturing, food production, cold storage, or similar)
• Recognised engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Multi-skilled with either an electrical or mechanical bias
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
