A consistent Monday to Friday schedule

Majority onsite work in Crawley with some customer site visits

As a Mechanical Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
Assembling mechanical components and systems using hand and power tools
Working from technical drawings and build instructions with accuracy
Carrying out quality checks to ensure equipment meets required standards
Supporting on-site installation and commissioning at customer locations
Interacting professionally with customers during site visits
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
As a Mechanical Assembler, your experience will include:
Hands-on experience in assembly, automotive, electrical, or bench fitting work
Confident use of hand and power tools
Basic understanding of lathe and milling operations
A full UK driving licence and confidence driving company vans
Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
Following a period of significant growth, the business has recently moved into a brand new unit and is expanding its team to meet increasing demand across the UK and Europe. This is a new position created purely off the back of that growth, offering long-term stability and real opportunity for the right Mechanical Assembler.
