Customer Service Advisor | Wigan | 8 Months Matternity Cover |£28,272 per anum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm
KPI Recruiting are proud to be working with our long-standing client, who are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a Temp basis.
You will be responsible for:
Answering telephone calls professionally and courteously
Processing orders efficiently and accurately
Managing direct shipments from supplier to customer
Placing orders with internal/external suppliers and arranging timely deliveries
Monitoring stock levels in line with customer demand and supplier lead times
Managing customer expectations and proactively communicating any issues related to their order
Handling invoice queries and raising credit notes when necessary
Maintain confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive customer information.
The successful candidate will have:
Committed to delivering an exceptional level of customer service
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Previous experience in customer service roles
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
