📍 Location: Kidlington, Oxford

💰 Salary: Up to £43,416 (inclusive of 34% shift allowance)

🕒 Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights, 7am-7pm)

We're currently recruiting for a skilled Injection Moulding Setter / Technician to join a busy and growing manufacturing operation. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced production environment, offering strong earning potential and long-term stability.

🔧 The Role

Set and operate injection moulding machines to ensure efficient production
Carry out tool changes, start-ups, and process optimisation
Monitor quality, making adjustments to maintain consistent output standards
Support troubleshooting and fault finding to minimise downtime
Work closely with production teams to meet targets and deadlines
Maintain a safe and organised working environment

✅ What We're Looking For

Previous experience in injection moulding / plastics manufacturing
Strong understanding of machine setting and process control
Ability to problem solve and work efficiently under pressure
A proactive, hands-on approach with good attention to detail
Comfortable working rotating days and nights shifts
