Academics is seeking enthusiastic and qualified CACHE Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to work across a range of nurseries throughout East Sussex on a flexible, ad hoc basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced early years professionals who are looking for flexible work that fits around their lifestyle while gaining experience in a variety of nursery settings. Whether you are looking for occasional shifts or regular temporary work, we have opportunities available to suit your availability.

The Role

Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 years.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times.
Adapt quickly to different nursery settings and teams.

Requirements

CACHE Level 3 Qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent Level 3 Early Years qualification).
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
