Frontier Consulting are assisting a great SEN School in Cranleigh who are seeking SEN Teaching Assistant to join them. These positions are term time only, and full training and development opportunities are on offer as well as good benefits.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students with a range of special educational needs
* Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning support
* Provide one-to-one and small group assistance
* Support students with emotional regulation, communication, and engagement
* Assist with personal care where required
* Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential)
* A caring, patient, and resilient approach
* Confidence supporting students with additional needs and behaviours
* Willingness to provide personal care support
* Access to a car and a full driving licence due to the school’s location
* GCSE`s in Ma
* Availability for full-time work or a minimum of 3 days per week
* Mandatory availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
