Are you an experienced PA/Secretary and have experience of supporting Senior Management within a Sales office environment ?You will be the first point of contact for the Sales Divisional Head and will play an important role in supporting decision making. You will need to be proactive and able to work on your own initiative. There is a salary of £30,000 plus a fantastic benefits package.
The Role:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation and detailed itineraries.
Act as the first point of contact, handling calls, emails, and correspondence
Liaise with customers on a daily basis
Take ownership of projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and progress is maintained.
Monitor project timelines, follow up on actions, and proactively remove blockers where possible.
About You:
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Benefits:
