Key Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Match candidates to suitable job opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
Arrange interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Develop business opportunities through networking and client outreach.
Maintain accurate records using the company CRM and recruitment systems.
Work towards individual and team performance targets.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, resilient, and motivated attitude.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Confidence in speaking with people over the phone and in person.
A target-driven mindset with a desire to succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous sales or Customer service would be advantageous but not essential
