Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Monitor budgets and expenditures related to property management.

A successful Property Service Advisor should have:
Previous experience in property management or a similar role in the not-for-profit sector.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
