Are you someone who enjoys leading from the front and making a real impact on the floor? We’re looking for a hands-on Shift Supervisor to keep our operation running safely, smoothly, and on time.

The Role

Working a rotating 3-shift pattern, you’ll balance practical, day-to-day operations with supporting and developing your team.

Key elements of the role include:

Lead a safe, inclusive, and supportive working environment

Keep despatch on track by coordinating loads and vehicle movements

Stay organised and proactive with forward planning

Support your team with clear direction, coaching, and development

Take ownership of shift performance, reporting, and standards

Work closely with other teams to keep everything aligned
