About the Role
All Square Recruitment is looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join a friendly, well-established manufacturing team in Great Bentley.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable daytime role with an excellent work-life balance (no weekends). Full training is provided, so whilst experience is a bonus, a great attitude and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
What You Will Do
Working in a clean, organised, and supportive environment, your day will involve:
* Operating straightforward production machinery (fully trained).
* Checking products to ensure they meet high quality standards.
* Assisting with light picking and packing of items.
* Working teamfully to meet daily goals and keeping the workspace tidy.
What We Are Looking For
* Great Attention to Detail: You take pride in doing a job well and spotting mistakes.
* Team Players: Friendly individuals with good communication skills.
* Reliability: Punctual, hardworking, and ready to learn.
* Commute: A reliable way to get to Great Bentley for a 7:30am start.
