An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join the sales team responsible for a prestigious new residential development in Whitstable.

Comprising a collection of high-quality 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom houses in a highly desirable coastal location, this development is attracting strong interest from a broad range of purchasers, creating an excellent platform for a motivated sales professional to succeed.

This role would suit an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser or Property Sales Professional who enjoys building relationships with customers, managing the full sales process and delivering an exceptional purchasing experience.

Unlike many traditional housebuilder roles, this position offers greater autonomy, a customer-focused approach and an attractive working pattern designed to support a healthier work-life balance.

What's on Offer?

Up to £30,000 basic salary

*

Attractive commission structure with realistic £46,000 OTE

*

Every other Saturday off

*

10am – 5pm working hours

*

Five-day working week including weekends

*

The Role

As the on-site New Homes Sales Adviser, you will take ownership of the customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion, ensuring purchasers receive an outstanding level of service throughout.

Key responsibilities will include:

*

Meeting and welcoming prospective purchasers

*

Conducting development tours and property viewings

*

Selling both off-plan and completed homes

*

Qualifying applicants and securing reservations

*

Managing the sales progression process through to completion

*

Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers and purchasers

*

Following up enquiries and converting leads into reservations

*

Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems

*

Ensuring the sales suite and show homes are presented to the highest standards

*

Supporting local marketing activity and lead generation initiatives

*

Delivering a first-class customer experience at every stage of the buying journey

Candidate Requirements

*

Minimum 6 months' experience selling New Homes for a developer or via an Estate Agency

*

Strong understanding of the residential property sales process

*

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs

*

Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

*

Highly IT literate with experience using CRM systems

*

Professional, polished and commercially aware approach

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

*

Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
