Marylebone Services is proud to recruit on behalf of a wonderful nursery setting in Wembley. We are seeking two passionate early years educators to fill permanent, full-time vacancies: a Toddler Room Leader (Room-Based) and a Nursery Practitioner.

Role 1: Toddler Room Leader
Salary Range: up to £30000/year DOE
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a classroom team to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.
* Delegate tasks effectively while acting as a positive role model.
* Deputise for the management team when required.
* Observe, assess, and plan for individual child development using a designated nursery app.
* Maintain paperwork in strict accordance with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or a Montessori Diploma (Essential).
* Experience: 1+ years of experience leading a room within a nursery setting in the UK.
* Skills: Extensive EYFS knowledge, good ICT abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Role 2: Nursery Practitioner
Salary Range: up to £29000/year DOE
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a designated group of key children, tracking and monitoring their progress.
* Create engaging, creative learning experiences to extend children's development.
* Build strong, professional partnerships with parents and carers.
* Utilise the nursery app for tracking (Full training provided).
Requirements
* Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or a Montessori Diploma (Essential).
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of previous experience working in an early years nursery setting in the UK.
* Skills: Strong understanding of safeguarding, EYFS guidelines, and fluent English.
