About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive school in Radlett for an ASAP start. This is a full-time position, ideal for a teacher with Primary or EYFS experience who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will be committed to delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils’ individual learning needs, while creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet individual learning needs
Contribute to the wider life of the school and support safeguarding procedures
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Previous experience within Primary or EYFS settings
Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A patient, nurturing and proactive approach to teaching
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
