Job Overview
You will support the payroll team with delivery of monthly payrolls as well as some accounting duties.
Day to Day Responsibilities as a Senior Payroll Coordinator:
Manage monthly payroll process, including input and data uploads
Dealing with queries from employees and stakeholders
Statutory reporting, including P60s, P11ds and PAYE Settlement Agreement
Journal uploads and reconciliation of control accounts.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
UK Payroll legislation knowledge
High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
Good communication and customer service skills
Desirable Skills and Competencies:
Experience with ADP iHCM
Experience using multiple payroll platforms
Experience with accounting
