Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Supporting students during English and Humanities lessons
Working one-to-one and in small groups to improve literacy, confidence, and academic attainment
Assisting students with classwork, coursework, revision sessions, and exam preparation
Supporting the delivery of engaging lessons across English Language, English Literature, and Humanities subjects
Encouraging positive learning behaviours and active classroom participation
Supporting students with additional learning needs where required
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation, resources, and classroom activities
Promoting reading, discussion, critical thinking, and independent learning
Building positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
Gaining invaluable school-based experience ahead of teacher training
