Trainee Assembler | Salisbury | £12.71 per hour

You're good with your hands, you like to understand how things work, and you want a role where you can build real skills in a specialist environment. This is an ongoing temporary position with a business that makes precision technology used across industry and commerce. you'll receive full training to get you up to speed.

As an Assembler, you will benefit from:

weekly pay
Early finish on Fridays
Full training provided
Consistent, regular hours (36.5 per week)

As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:

Building electronic and mechanical assemblies to a high standard
Soldering and wiring components accurately
Reading and working from technical diagrams and specifications
Using hand tools correctly and safely
Carrying out basic inspection of completed work
Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
As an Assembler, your experience will include:

Previous experience in an electronics, manufacturing, or assembly environment (desirable)
Ability to follow technical diagrams or written instructions
Comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused tasks
Good hand-to-eye coordination and a methodical approach
Willingness to learn and take on new skills
