Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Glasgow, Near Kinning Park
Remuneration: £13.86 per hour
Contract Details: Temporarty ongoing (with potential for permanent employment)

Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Material Handling: Efficiently pick and pack customer orders to meet tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Adhere to SOPs and GMP Compliance: Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practises at all times.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including Counterbalance and Reach trucks (valid licences required).
Utilise PC Skills: Employ in-house software for daily operations, including picking, packing, and shipping.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records to comply with regulatory requirements, ensuring quality and compliance.
Safety and Efficiency: Carry out all duties with a focus on safety and efficiency, maintaining high housekeeping standards.
Embrace Continuous Improvement: Engage in our Practical Improvement Programme and 5S methodologies to enhance workflow.
Adaptability: Be open to changes in processes or procedures, supporting team dynamics.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a warehouse, distribution, or supply chain role.
Skills: Material handling, attention to detail, equipment operation, and team collaboration.
Education: Secondary school education and computer literacy.
Language: Good written and spoken English.

Working Conditions:

Cold room (+4°C) and freezer (-20°C) environments for some jobs
Lifting up to 25KG.
