Requirements for this role:
Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an early years setting
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
A genuine passion for child development and high-quality care
Confident, organised, and proactive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading and supporting daily routines, activities, and learning experiences
Planning engaging, development-focused activities
Acting as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
Carrying out observations, assessments, and planning
Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Working closely with management to uphold high standards
Participating in staff meetings and ongoing training
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the nursery
Ensuring the safeguarding, health, and wellbeing of all children
