DAY/NIGHT SUPPORT WORKER

SHIFT PATTERN:
6AM - 2PM
2PM -9PM
9PM-6AM
REASONABLE ADJUSTMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR WORKING TIME PROVIDED THERE IS CONSISTENCY AND COMMITTMENT
What the worker will be doing: is to provide personal, practical, social and emotional support for people in their own homes, in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.
Regulated services that the care worker will provide would include:
Personal Care
• Support with Showering (once a week)
• Administration of medication.
Other job roles include light housekeeping, meal preparation(must be familiar with British meals) ,companionship,support with hospital appointment and other person -centred activities.
